New Beginnings
After you receive and approve your free quote from E’s Concrete & Patio Co., the next steps will look something like:

Site inspection

Subgrade preparation: excavate, grade, add and compact gravel base layers, and install vapor barriers to prevent future heaving or moisture damage

Forms and reinforcement: Forms and rebar will be set to blueprints

Inspection: Depending on the type of foundation, it may require city inspection at one or more stages

Pour day! (the most exciting one) Concrete trucks, a pump (if necessary), and our finishers will arrive to place your new foundation.

Final walkthrough: Review of your finished foundation, and a few care tips to maximize its life
